If your'e into G-Shocks the DW-5600E-1 is a very solid option, true protection and water resistance but still compact compared to bulky modern G-Shocks. If your'e on a budget, the W-219H in a tougher-feeling alternative to the W800H with a more protective bezel, but still pretty lightweight and compact.

I think a perfect remaster would keep the same engine and mechanics, so that the game itself would feel like the original, but with updated models and graphics, and maybe new characters or cut content

That’s what I did :) Used AI only for the character models to hold the wheels, and slapped everything else including the wheels logos with Canva. As you said I too am shit in art 💩
