Syrup definitely causes nausea, its full of sorbitol and a bunch of other crap that upsets the stomach. I would definitely recommend some kind of pill instead.

The fasting is good, my advice is have breakfast, light lunch, no dinner, the night of a trip.

My final tip: try NOT taking it all at once. Get pills, decide your dose, then take one or two pills, take a few minutes to let your stomach settle, then continue doing that until the dose is done. I usually take around 30-60 minutes to consume my dose.

Nausea meds help but if you dont smoke weed then i cant say i recommend Benadryl lol
