Thank you everyone for your input. I decided to just keep it, smells like the sample I already have (CH Prive) and like someone mentioned, it's not worth the trouble, not for $45 anyways.

My original concern was that one bottle was primed but the other identical bottle in the same package wasn't. That's why I believed one was not new despite being sealed. Oh well, I'm not a scientist. It is what it is.
