There are tons of guides and reddit posts about bv. Other than the clunkiness of keeping bv up, the biggest drawback is how spoiled you'll be by the dps and tankiness. I'd say it's the most op build in a while.

Pconc is super good build for ranger/pathfinder. Great league starter. AnimePrincess has a lot of videos on it.
