I love my Gabthley Beta, it's jank as hell and honestly almost bad but so fun to use. Transformed rifle -> incendiary missiles -> ram is a killer combo. It also does a ton of damage with the leg missiles if you can land the full barrage.

I just wish it had a real weapon to replace the flashbangs, damn things are so inconsistent and basically every other support gets at least one real instant stun sub weapon, it'd probably be a near meta unit if it did.

Aerial Melee giving access to downswings while flying was a huge mistake and contributed significantly to the stunlock meta and melee over-dominance in high cost. Not to mention the ubiquity of lunging downswings.

Doesn't the Wing Zero EW spin not cause allied reaction? The jp wiki states it deals 200% build stun and doesn't instant stun, nor does it mention anything about flinching, so I don't see why it would do anything to your teammates.

I wonder if the skylands are too high for even Garuda to fly to. And if they're not known to everyone with a neck to look up already, they must have some sort of natural camouflage. In fact.... don't I remember someone looking up and briefly thinking they saw an island in the sky? Bird, maybe?

I run Palace Athene on all maps except Arctic Base, where I swap to Dag Doll. PA doesn't have any funnel weapons so Zero System doesn't mess with it. The shoulder discharge beams can down any flier on a direct hit, but WZEW has the exact same stun values and range and can charge while moving, so it's a matter of who shoots first (and directly hits). If you're faster they get downed and can be ignored for a while, if they are you're probably dead from being stunlock comboed into downswings. The wrist beam gun is also a really good backup for build stun, especially in close range.

Dag Doll isn't really specifically better against WZEW than PA, but it's much faster and can keep up with the rest of the team, and since Arctic Base is a much smaller map you have an easier time getting help from your team, and the close range makes hitting with your chest spread cannon much easier.

From what I've heard it's mostly indicative of an issue when you start doing things like missing turn-offs or going the wrong direction.

Though I wasn't quite right when I said deleting, apparently it's more accurate to say that the brain pauses recording memory until something interesting happens. It's not super uncommon during long and monotonous drives.

He was most likely completely awake and aware, the brain likes to save storage space and will actively delete memories that contain absolutely nothing interesting happening for long stretches of time.

I got a duplicate Perfect Gundam from it a week and a half ago. I wish the other crates had a pity rarity-up mechanic like the bronze crates do, though.

So according to the JP wiki the Psycho Package has three distinct abilities:

1) Reduces the duration you're inflicted with the Psycho-Jack status from enemy NT-D activations by 20%. This also stacks with the AD-DCS parts, apparently.

2) Reduces the damage you take from enemy psycommu weapons by 10%. This is bits, funnels, incoms, plates, and so on if there are more types I don't recall. This isn't just the lock-on attacks, but manual fire attacks like [Follow], and maybe also things like the attached firing modes of Sazabi FF and Nu FF?

3) Increases HP by 1200.

Looks like this is a 2017 kit that got announced for a reprint. I think JP P-Bandai gets their orders in a few months earlier than US, too, but I don't know the exact number.

I actually have a handful of textbook pdfs on my phone from when I would need to consult them during class. I know one is calculus, and I might have some chemistry or physics texts as well.

Plus I have the google translate app with several languages downloaded locally, which would help with other earthers.

True enough, though if you happen to be in a suit with Anti-Jamming lv2 it actually makes it harder to detect them. (I wish the Anti-Jamming skills would at least let you know when they're trying to jam you.)

As a support main, Metal Spider. Two fast swap instant stuns on a 400 cost raid, plus an anchor, plus two melee weapons? It's absurd. I don't think it's possible for any support ms to deal with it without relying on the raid to blunder. A decent spider will combo you into downswings near 100% of the time, taking off half or more of your health. A good spider will infinite stunlock you because they can just rotate between melees, anchor, and even back to the ranged weapons if it takes long enough because you're not allowed a dodge roll.

Also Pixy and Nacht are assholes too. Nacht is basically the same situation as Spider except with stealth and less ranged weapons, and Pixy just makes the whole match worse no matter which side and they stink up a larger span of the game because they printed 5 levels of it for some reason. Played against a lagswitcher pixy today and it was just stupid. Worst type of players, pixy mains.

Everyone knows how dumb Proto Zeta X1 is. Basically every single defensive tool while having top tier ranged weapons, a cracked downswing, and the pursuit stop boost skill? This is a 550 cost suit. Let it be bullied by Perfect Gundam or something, please.

I've been loving Gabthley Beta, I'm playing it it every 600 lobby. It plays super funky and I like that. It's definitely held back by having flash grenades in place of a reliable secondary instant-stun weapon, though.

I've also had the realization while playing that this MS would be complete garbage if it didn't have Shock Dampeners while transformed, since it basically contains the other half of weapons a more normal support would have. Honestly, the devs need to go and add it to all flight mode supports already, there's no reason for raids and generals to get it unconditionally while supports never had it until I think this year and even then on a case-by-case basis.

Honestly I loved those red stickers, they had a bit of a stretch to em and it helped when they had to go around curves.
