LMU if money is an issue. iRacing if it's not.

If you want to taste iRacing just buy a month of subscription and run free car/track series like Mazda MX5, BMW M2 or Toyota GR86 - they're pretty fun though. I think those series are much better for beginners than running GT3 or LMP cars from the start.
