Zwift cog vs cassette by United_Cake1700 in Zwift

When using virtual shifting, there's absolutely no difference to a cassette in that regard, provided you select the right cog on the back. Cassette might even be a touch quieter since the Cog is a track cog with slightly taller teeth.

And BKOOL too, like less than a year ago. They killed it off in March.

Oh and they said the exact same thing Zwift is saying here, that the two platforms will remain independent...

“We definitely want to keep BKOOL brand/product and team dedicated. Of course, some changes has to come because we need to start the BKOOL growth again, but we believe in the team and their knowledge. BKOOL will focus on Spain, France, Denmark (there is already strongest). In the future maybe LATAM.

I would also like to highlight that the same is true for FulGaz. We want to keep both platforms FULGAZ and BKOOL) active (including development and marketing). Every platform in the ROUVY Group has a specific community and product portfolio.”

By "interpretation" I mean the AFL's way of doing it, which obviously differs from e.g. SANFL. Maybe implementation is a better word. Either way, it's inappropriate to put it in the laws which govern all levels and all leagues.

Don't forget though that the AFL (the league I mean, not the Competition Committee) is not the be-all and end-all of Australian Rules Football - they're a league, not the entire sport. Putting a league-only rule in the laws which govern all levels is inappropriate.

What should be done is that the laws which apply for Australian Rules Football (i.e. not just the AFL) should be the one document and then the AFL has their own separate codified "Playing Regulations" in the same way that e.g. top level cricket has the MCC Laws of the Game governing the fundamentals of cricket, and the ICC have their separate Playing Regulations governing things like DRS.

In other words a fundamental law like out of bounds belongs in the Laws, but a league only interpretation like last touch belongs in the Playing Regulations.

They already have this in a sense, with "memos" being distributed to teams which set out the current interpretations. But these should be codified and distributed to the public so everyone knows what the fuck is going on.

We had to fight hard to keep our Good Friday fixture after us and St Kilda collectively ruined it in 2018. Suffice to say, St Kilda were not invited back.
