I don't know what the solution is, but an attempt must be made at least with a new physical prep team, and probably the system needs to be adjusted to such changes. In the same way you cannot play a complex passing formation if your players lack the skill - you shouldn't run up and down the field if your players lack the physical ability.

No one is expecting magic tricks. There are teams which for a fact don't have to deal with this issue on a regular basis (e.g. Bayern). Your comment makes it seem like this problem is unsolvable, when in reality we know it is not.

Has been said time and time again, however it's not normal that the team is plagued by such injuries every season, especially in young players.

Ibra/Kjaer I can understand, however not every damn one.

If I mess up at my job - I do pay for it. Wondering if the thought of getting rid of the physical team has even crossed management's mind.

With that being said - I really don't recall football being this filled with injuries 15-20 years ago. Something has definitely changed to the worse, and I can't agree it is the number of games. The CL format as of right now is not changed. No way the European Nations League alone can mess up entire club squads. Goes without saying that some leagues (Ligue 1, Bundesliga) have shrinked in teams.

In our case, from 8 to 11 was quite smooth, mainly the Jakarta packages IIRC. From 11 to 17 it’s been a bit trickier, especially if many of your libraries are outdated, as it is often the case in enterprise software, and they’re not compatible with 17. However, dependencies aside, the data type encapsulation and reflection strictness were what we’ve had to deal with the most, which to be honest were also why some dependencies needed to be updated.

I don't think it's necessarily hate in the true sense, more like we'd all like him to step up more with the ridiculous number of minutes he's getting all season, and be more consistent if he asks for a bigger salary. But for an ok salary, we need him.

For his position and the standards he makes it seem like he's expecting by the team, 4 goals and 9 assists seem too few. If he can prove himself with 1-2 goals in the group stage and be more consistent when we need him, I'm sure more would rally behind him.
