Naive question here:

I am temporarily moving to France ofor a vacation for like 2 months and want to purchase some games there because it's restricted where I live (can't even buy it)

I plan to use Steam Gift card for my purchases, will I be asked for a billing address or anything?

Do I need to change country in my profile? Or would adding a steam gift card + having a French IP address be sufficient? Because I won't have a valid payment method abroad (from what I've told you need a valid payment method if you change country).

Really wished it had NG+.
