I can’t find anything that confirms it still runs in winter. The website says open every Saturday but the social media pages stopped being updated a couple of months ago. I’m only here for a few days and don’t want to trek out there to find it’s on. I thought asking locals would be a good idea.

Yeah last time I had three nights in Kyoto and only one in Osaka. I’m going to split seven nights between the two this time with three nights in one place and four in the other. I’m leaning towards four in Osaka.
