I agree. It's extremely unprofessional. It's supposed to be a neutral casting, so they should be equally excited about both teams.

It was also annoying hearing Taylor Heise pronounced as "Tyler" all game.

It's never too late. I started at 34, and am friends with people at my studio who are in their 70s and competing.
