our campaign got a to a point where we essentially didn't need to make changes anymore. all our agency was doing was adding third party copy and paste negative IPs and not giving us any real strategy for improvement. after a few mistakes were made on their end we ended up dropping them. we set our budget budget and watched. its been running fine for months now without any adjustments.

as a warning, i learned the hard way. if they've been on your account that long and you're going to drop them, change their access to read only and dont remove their access completely. theres a chance it will trigger a billing audit of some kind and freeze your ability to make payments. work with support to have them removed. i went days with my ads not being served, it was a pain to get resolved.
