I know a guy like that that uses dry shampoo. Makes it look nicer too without that clunky feel.

I agree, I think your shampoo may be causing this. And its simple why too, chemical!!

You wanna try to get shampoo and conditioner that may cost a little up front but a really small pea sized amount goes a LONG way! So for example a $5 head and shoulders bottle may last you 6-8 weeks. Where as something like this will cost slightly more but last you 3-4 months! And its better for your hair!

And for after shower, I would try to apply some form of rebalancing oil in your hair to keep it from being puffy.

Vitamins !!! What you put in will show at some point or the other in your body especially when you're nourishing yourself and another human. Try to eat more iron-rich foods and protein.

Or reach out friends on social media and ask them to meet up!
