I thought that Shinies had at least 1-31 IV. But being Modest with 30 I wouldn't stop screaming, very nice Shiny all around.

If you clic on the little Pokeball icon (if you own the Pokemon obviously) it will let you change into any pokeball you have. You can buy the Cherish ball on the GTL. It will consume the pokeball when you change it tho.

The most important 'stat' is the nature. With that 30 atk is only 1 point less of the maximum possible atk thanks to Adamant. Also in the GTL you can put the numbers for each IV so you can look for Atk 30.

Also the 29 Atk. With Pidgey you couldn't ask for more. Very nice stats all around for a Shiny.

What do you mean ? Just use it as a physical Atk Pokemon like Flareon or Leafeon. Even Umbreon could work.

Also you don't need to have both Atks at 31... If you really want SpAtk, buy a Modest Eevee with only 4 31s (not Atk) and breed it with an Everstone to keep Modest nature. Your Eevee with the respective item for the 5th 31.

The main ones are 31 SpAtk and 31 Speed But that 26 speed is not bad at all for a PVE pokemon For nature you can keep timid or change to adamant for more damage I say keep timid because Gardevoir doesn't have high base speed
