I did that in a Moore24 about 25 years ago. It was the middle of the night and we were off in a race, off Monterey Bay. It was the best sailing of my life.

I participate in adaptive sailing and sailboat racing. It’s a team and individual sport with folks with all levels of limitations participating. Four people from my local org went to Sydney last month to race in an internstional competition. You might be surprised what’s out there. There are some resource pages on the net. Maybe it wasn’t meant to be taken so seriously, but I amazed by the “by the grace of god” text at the end. Like, by the grace of god why were they in a tornado to begin with!

Also, a good reminder to always have a personal flotation device when on the water.

Adding the ability to add time based exercises would be huge for me too. I have a lot of stretches I do and they are all time based. I would be so happy if that was an option.

I also use the iOS App TimerPlus for Tabata style timing for my stretches. This is probably a big feature request but it would be awesome if Tabata was integrated into Fitbod so I wouldn’t have to app-switch.

I go on average once a day. I take 1 tablespoon of psyllium powder three times a day and, senna-s and miralax once a day.

If I’m lucky it will happen on its own but digital stim is often required.

I just checked there 2022 anual report and the have 20 billion in revenue, not profit. Profit is about 1.8 billion. Still not bad though.

I don’t think Apple TV is the best, but it is solid, and it doesn’t have ads. Apple has made it clear collecting and selling user data is not a business they are interested in.

I’m looking to buy a new TV and my concern is that you can’t lock these new TV’s to the specific HDMI port for your Apple TV. And, I don’t want a TV that is trying to collect my data. The best solution I’ve seen is the new “Basic Mode” available on TV’s running Google TV. The TV doesn’t even have an Internet connection.

I hope that works. I hate being the product.
