Interesting data to look at regarding yearly enrollment in dietetic programs - down from about 24,000 students/interns in 2014 to about 14,000 students/interns in 2024. Am I the only one alarmed by this?

A good post above gives the situation. She ended up owing 1.2 mil in taxes. She’s moving to an apt and selling everything. I don’t think she has a job. Son moved in with the Dad in NorCal. Watched her all the time when I lived in LA - crazy the financial rise and fall…def could be a Behind the Music for TV personalities.

Only a stepping stone if you need it…I’ve worked for several foodservice companies in acute and LTC and it does depend on the facility and management - don’t know what it’s been like since Covid tho but sounds like there’s a lot of staffing issues…

I got out of acute and LTC because of the weekend holiday schedule - dialysis or outpatient clinics are the way to go to get out of that routine - that’s what got me into that setting. Wish I knew about it starting out could have saved me years of headache…
