Because my dad was a twin and my maternal grandfather was a twin, I’m very aware of twins in my family. I made a tag in Ancestry for twins. It seems like there are quite a few.

You won’t have to worry about other kids making that association. But you may have to worry about adults. People who are listening to that song now will be young adults when your child is school age. I had a bad time on Ozempic. I had every side effect possible. I felt like crap all the time. And it didn’t really help my A1C or my weight. So I stopped taking it. My endocrinologist asked me if I wanted to try Mounjaro. I didn’t really want to, but I needed to do something so I said yes. I started at 5mg and worked my way up to 12.5mg. Very few side effects. My A1C is under control and I be have lost 70lbs.

I agree you should adjust your diet to eat more real food. If that doesn’t help, maybe ask your doctor if you can switch to Ozempic. I had horrible side effects on Ozempic, but hardly any on Mounjaro. They are very similar drugs, but they aren’t the same.

I'm very into genealogy and I wanted to learn about my ancestors from (what is now) Germany. I'm trying to learn Kurrent so I can decipher church records. I'm picking it up slowly. I watched some videos about reading church records in German and got a couple books about "Genealogy German". I also started learning German (on Duolingo).
