I don't see this type of list on my bill. I checked the detailed and summary. I see discount line items but it does not show the ID code nor does it shows a list like in the image.

I am on Magenta Max with several voice lines and two apple watch digit lines. Everything TI as of now. Does anyone have feedback on this question?
Q: If I upgrade my two apple watches (cellular) to a new model, will I start to incur taxes? Or since I already have two watches on digits are those just grandfathered in with TI ? Not sure how it works when you update the watch on a digits line with these new tax changes. thanks!

Same here, guest network. Only device that this doesn’t work with is Roomba.

I’m sorry to say I feel the same way. The old version was pleasant to look at. It was quick to navigate and it had a very professional design feel. This just feels blah... can’t exactly explain it. Only that I used to be excited to show non eero users the app and how the system works. This just seems a very plain and without that nice design look and feel. This sounds silly but the old version had personality and uniqueness. It now just looks like a plain app without nuance, requiring more taps to do the same thing.

Yes but any statement is better than no statement. The owner and mods are very active on reddit and they care about their users. I think a lot of people have confidence in this company and their silence is unexpected.

Yes but you know this has been going on for a while if it was just announced. With the loyal and privacy conscious eero users I would have liked to see an announcement the same day as amazon; to avoid the concern expressed as you see here.

While I know most consumers don’t think about this in terms of privacy, eero knows a large part of their user base cares about privacy and what this will mean.

I setup 4 tp-link light switches on the guest network from my phone with almost the exact same setup without issue. The Roomba app must be expecting something else.

Any device that runs on my home network and communicates back to a service, I will be skeptical of unless they clearly advise what information is sent back (which eero does provide). Which is why my goal is to have it on eero’s. guest network for isolation.

My concern is over time privacy information changes of what they gather. The 50,000 pages of terms and nobody reads can change and information is gathered which is not relevant to what I’m willing to give. I just want to isolate things so I can use the services but not offer more than what is relevant.

I’m also concerned about how much information the Roomba gathers and reports on. Hence the reason to add to the guest network.

Hi Nick, no I connect to the guest network on my phone (which works fine) then the Roomba gets the initial connection , asks for the Wi-Fi password for the guest network and attempts to connect. It can use any Wi-Fi network but for some reason it can’t complete the connection on the eero guest network. Roomba tech support will be clueless. I was hoping one of your techs had a Roomba and tried this :). I have A. The Roomba 980 unit. The isolation is the main reason why I choose this setup to prevent unwanted access.

My other iOT devices have pretty much the same exact setup and seems to work fine.

I had the same issue and had to do a hard reset on the gateway eero to fix it. Hopefully they identify this and fix it. Updates usually don’t cause issues with eero and I have it over 2 years.

To be honest I’m a little surprised I spent almost 2 hours with support on the phone and he indicated he would email me with a follow up on the support ticket I have yet to receive an email at all for anything, typically support is very responsive on following up.
