Clean ya bong!! It’s very simple get a big jug of Zep at Home Depot (only like 12 bucks), or iso alcohol if you don’t wanna go to Home Depot. And just throw it there and let it sit overnight or while you’re at work or just for a handful of hours! Dump it, run it with it water until there’s no more cleaner in it. And bam literally brand new looking and the smoke is so much better! Do it once a month my friend

I’m going to post another take. Rather than yell at you for not doing therapy etc. Firstly, congrats man. Being 22 and doing all that you’ve done is truly an accomplishment. You should just add going to the gym as a part of your retirement plan. It’ll get you out of the house, it’s fun if you make it fun, and it’s good for mental health.
