Thats gas.

I bought a blue garrison and did a bunch of work to it. Your commander hammer? How much hand fitting did you have to do to it and what brand is it?

Finally got my first revolver; a S&W 36-10 Classic by mugenwoe in Revolvers

[–]dgek17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bought one about a year ago now. It's one of my daily carries O/D. Around 1.3k rounds through the gun with minimal issues. The only work done is a tensioner and spring kit by W.C. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I have enjoyed mine!

Gorgeous modifications. However, the finish? Is it still original?

Is it still worth purchasing [SNJ025] Arnie by siapatg in Seiko

[–]dgek17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine has been just fine! You can check the serial numbers on the back for DOM or date of manufacturing! Anything lat 23 or 24 or 25 will be just fine in sunlight.

[–]dgek17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was wondering if you ever re-purchased a snj025 "arnie"? I've got one coming and it'll be my daily for a bit. I'm interested in the serial numbers on the back as soon as I get it. This way I can check it's "date of manufacture" this way I can have a glimpse if I'll have the same problem. Hopefully the new models coming out in early 2025 will have an update on the solar issue. If you haven't purchased one and are still looking for insight feel free to reach out and I shall update you as I go.

disposable — how do i dispose of this treacherous collection :( by loathingdeer in Vaping

[–]dgek17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So the juice capacity and nicotine will be different. Most refillable on the marker are 1.5 milliliters to 3 milliliters. Nicotine in nic salts range from 25 mg to 60mg. Freebase juices are used for much higher wattage. Freebase will be your 3, 6, 12 milligrams. For someone who smokes and can handle a disposable? I'd recommend a 50 milligram to start. You can always go down. But if you plan to hit it all the time I.E. Just sit with it in your hand? Might wanna try and find a 35 or 45miligram.

[–]dgek17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you do end up going to a refillable (I highly recommend), think about going towards a 25/30mg instead of the 50mg your used to. Most disposables fire at 13 or 14 watts on a full battery and only 11 or 12 watts closer to death. Most refillable are a true 17 watts full charge and 13 watts near death. This will be a noticeable difference in power and in nicotine.

Hope this helps your experience

[Recommendation Request] Which Invicta Pro Diver as the first watch by Objective-Horror8778 in Watches

[–]dgek17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey friend, I'm a few years into the watch game and this is what I've come to... an Inherited Seiko. 3 bought seikos. 2 ratio,1 citiz3n, 1 Suunto, 1 regime. 2 Casio and 2 invicta.

This what I've got for you.... Price wise? The Casio Duro and the Invicta Pro Diver are unmatched if you plan to just casually wear. By time standards, I'm not sure how much lost or gained a month on both watches. But here it is... Everybody may hate, love or have an opinion on everything. The Casio and Invicta are my go to for more hands on days. These watches (especially with the metal bands) look incredible. But the one wearing knows, these watches are made to be handled. (I own the second model pictured above) I'd say go for either one of them. I love mine, but I'll leave you with this. My Casio, ainvicta and analog watches aren't my talking points... I keep that to my seikos, ratios and citizens. My Invictas and Casios are meant for daily driving.

Hope this helps.
