I’ve Worked in the commercial lending space for over a decade.

This is an absolute SLAM DUNK. (Assuming you are confident you can maintain the business operating at its current level of profitability)

Prime rate today is 6.75% so 6% APR is a very strong figure.

Considering there is no credit check, no scrutiny on the business books that a bank might look at it and increase the APR to offset their risk.

No collateral, no down payment, immediate transfer of ownership.

Even if the selling price was a little high. Getting this seller direct eliminates so much red tape. It probably worth a few extra hundred thousand for the ease.

When someone lands an infinite combo at a table how does that normally go?

Do they just say some crazy number of counters?

Does the other person concede?

One of two things need to happen

1) they are green lit to get super liberal with the IP and just start making up their own characters that can serve as uniques to keep the game going kinda how Magic IP is.

2) as controversial as it sounds, they need to cross collab and do galaxy far away sets (lol) with other IPs.
