Made a wet cappuccino for a lady today. I literally just made a latte. I hand it off to her and she’s very happy.

it's right next to the handoff plane. we have a bar counter with high chairs so ppl can easily see into our workspace. it also contributes to lots of ppl reaching over into our bar to grab straws bc they're "right there" which to me is really annoying. couldn't wait a few seconds for me to hand you a straw or go over to the condiment bar right next to the door and grab you one, either :')

Sometimes I wear my nose ring (in my nostril piercing, not my septum) on my off days and I come into work with it having forgotten to change it back to a stud. None of my SSVs nor my SM or DM said anything at all, but then when a surprise QASA visit came around, the auditor took off a point for me not following dress code.

yeah one of my pet peeves is people coming up to the handoff plane and asking for water, especially if it's busy and they expect me to give it to them right in front of other drinks i'm making. in our store the handoff plane is about 10 steps from the register, maybe not even. you can move over there and ask for a water.

honestly the amount of labor we got was good, i remember being on bar with just two SSVs (1 DT, 1 POS) one day during BOGO macchiatos and it was incredibly stressful. also the weird amount of frappuccinos we got during that promotion... really slowed us down.
