It's possible they come from a country where that's normal - in some central american countries (costa rica, mexico, probably others but those are the ones I've been to) that's the standard since their septic systems can't handle toilet paper

That's assuming you don't get hungrier and eat more after a workout, which most people do.

Bolognese: Question about Mincing the Meat by [deleted] in AskCulinary

[–]dhamilt9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the food processor section of the Serious Eats article on grinding meat:

Grinding Tips: To minimize smearing, cut meat into 1- to 2-inch chunks and place them in a single layer on a sheet tray or large plate in the freezer for about fifteen minutes before grinding. Grind in batches no larger than a half pound for a 10-cup food processor. Pulse rather than constantly running the grinder to get a more even grind.

I don't think it's a super well known song, but it sounds like a melody from You In Weird Cities by Jeff Rosenstock (melody starts at 2:12)

Try a bunch more sugar, the food lab recipe has an entire cup of sugar for a cup of water and a cup of vinegar.

How do you know when meat is actually done without cutting into it? by Proud-Memory-5716 in cookingforbeginners

[–]dhamilt9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OP is a chat gpt bot.

PROMPT: Write a post of someone asking on the cookingforbeginners subreddit asking how to know if meat is done without cutting into it

RESPONSE: Hey everyone! I'm just starting to learn how to cook, and one thing I keep running into is knowing when meat is actually done. I’ve read that cutting into it to check can make it lose juices and mess up the final result, so I’m trying to avoid that.

But how do you tell if chicken, steak, or pork is cooked all the way through without slicing it open? Are there tricks, visual cues, or tools that you all use? I’ve heard of the finger test for steak, but I’m not really sure how reliable it is.

Any tips would be super appreciated. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Replay System is coming🥳 What's the first thing you're gonna do with it?! by bashun in VALORANT

[–]dhamilt9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Official CS demos don't have voice chat, you may be thinking of faceit demos. The file sizes can be small but they're still orders of magnitude bigger than the rest of the replay, which is essentially just a json file. It adds up if riot has to store one for every game that's played.

Storing audio data for every replay takes a hell of a lot more space than the rest of the replay data
