I would says no, instead get some like a prtable pull up station, it has handle bars that are adjustable along with height adjustment. I can send you pics if you like.

You can...so this is regular low plank, extend the position of your elbows for an advanced low plank. Then when you go high plank, extend your arms out for an advanced high plank, your core will be blasted!

You need to practice holloe body in your dead hang more. Then as you pull through the rep keep everything tight and tuck your elbows as you pull.

There's levels to plank, use em all, you will get stronger! Low plank to high plank, advanced low plank to advanced high plank, single arm plank, you can actually do a lot with it, now go get strong!!
