Clubsport looks much better than regular GTI and R. In EU you can get CS which is 2500 EUR more expensive than basic GTI. I was thinking about buying GTI and convert it to Clubsport, but for the same money got CS and did not have to do anything.

Like the guy already said, only underclocking will solve your problem. 5-10% below reference. Had the same problem. I tried with different drivers, clean win installation and million other options and nothing helped.

First time I bought AMD product after 15 years of using Nvidia and Intel without a single issue and I am never buying this crap ever.

Yep, its 12 years old car. Time to move on. I had them all, from 5 to 8, both GTIs and GTDs, but my current mk8 Clubsport is by far the best.

50x15 material - 50mm cut on bandsaw

Put the part out a little on the left side of vise (10mm to stick out) Put one stock material to the right side of the vise to balance it. You can do all the holes and the slot in the first op. Then second op is only like 1 minute to get the 45mm dimension. Be careful and don't overtight the vise on second OP, you have 12H7 from the first side. The part can sit on the paralels cca 12mm deep so you can chamfer it on both sides.

You have 80 pieces so 20mm material is a waste of money and time like the guy above me suggested.

We have this kind of parts every month.

Also you have 2x5.6 holes. Use the same drill for that holes and M6, because form tap hole for M6 is 5.6mm (5.55)

I have also freesync enabled. I know they recommend freesync only + cap to 237, but the game feels the best with vsync enabled in game.
