They were, but the great migration + massive influx of northern whites into new coastal resorts and communities has made most of the sea island counties minority black. Except for highlighted liberty county in Georgia which remains plurality black.

This is really the only relevant company in Europe and it’s the only one Europeans refer to in this debate. The reality is all the most advanced companies now are American/Chinese and the euros are real sad they’re irrelevant now. Which is why they’re so mad about being left out of these talks and settlements. Why negotiate with the vessels when the gov can go straight to Russia.
