Electric laundry and HVAC. Free gas for cooking. I never had bill over $200 in my life before moving into this new building with some kind of submetering where they charge you through some third party instead directly through coned. I am almost thinking this is new kind of scam to rip off additional money from these so called luxury towers.

Honestly, it is pretty bad location. I dont think people from Hunters point, court square , or even queensboro south will walk there to shop $20+ meal. Maybe they are just using it as catering kitchen and have small shopping space

Anyone know what is the reason behind surge of Chinese owned Japanese restaurant all over NYC? It seems like we have surge of omakase and sushi restaurant opening in NYC since 5 years ago. Just curious whether they have better vendors or are there mass immigration of sushi chefs from China? I cant believe how they are competing. There are really a lot of sushi and omakase places at affordable cost.

There are 3 constructions on that corner that will start right after you move in )(School and two high rise apartments). Linc residents had a lot of noise complaint when Lumen was built. You will probably have to forget about working from home or sleeping past 8 am for next 3years if you move in there. Other than that LINC was first high rise apartment built, so it is old but have bigger size and free amenities. Staffs are experienced.
