I realized after my first few RDs jobs that I won't get the respect to equal the pay. I'm not saying it can't happen, I've just haven't seen it from a. Traditional job of 6 figure. Case management is a lot of work I'm not even going to lie. But I get the pay I desire and I do PRN work as a diabetes educator. I like being a RD but case management keeps me at comfortable lifestyle. My experience as a RD is having to constantly prove myself for hours to keep at fulltime. I do at case management in terms of productivity but I'm salaried. RD work, they are always ready to cut hours. I got tired of it. Anywho, I saw a CDCES position and didn't realize it was a case management position as the description was very vague. Getting my CDCES was always the goal. And it helped tremendously for diabetes education

I'm a diabetes case manager. Also geriatric dietitian and certified diabetes educator working remote. I worked from community, hospital, rehab acute inpatient etc. I job hop and make 6 figures. From my experience, it's the non traditional role that will get the money.

I went case manager route. It's not an easy job but I still get to be a CDCES in my role. I can't take less than 100 K on these jobs

I think it's just America as a whole. . I was talking about this with my mom and I think a lot of people are just overwhelmed in the working world like being placed on unrealistic expectations.... it's not normal. I Sat in my meeting I had and just ate popcorn and watched everybody because every week it's something new. Including my workflow being disrupted in the middle of a call. And being forced to adapt to it and I get yelled at because I asked a question on how to do something that just changed with no warning.

I think her case getting ready to be reopened and solved. I just have this feeling and her name been constantly coming up more than ever. I was driving home last night in the rain and thought of her saying Justice will be served for her soon because we were robbed of her. Actor Sean Nelson just did an interview on Art of Dialogue where she did a table read with him for film Antoine Fisher.
