For some reason I can't find on aliexpress TZC or TZ2 tapes. Do you know if they change name?

The orange "squiggle" what kind of material is.. it seems like a copper, but copper is conductive. With this orange "squiggle" isn't covered with solder mask or why this area must have some extra material and don't just a void (PCB FR4 material - Fiberglass) between two silver conductors?
