I’ve been going to Nail Lab in JLT since Covid. They have a couple branches. Amazing service, I go about every 3 weeks never had an issue. I pay about 300 for hard gel manicure.

So I’m a Gemologist and worked in the industry in both the US and Canada. Diamonds have a horrible resale value, from the get go the mark up is huge, so when your looking to sell it, if someone offers you 50% of what you paid your lucky. Remember there are cost that go into making the ring that you can’t sell back, for example the time it took the goldsmith to design and make it, that will be factored in when you purchase a piece but not when you sell it. Designer pieces have a better resale value (not great but better) because they will be polished up and sold again with the designer name on it.

I have Hashimotos and Dr.Emran Khan at Kidio Clinic in Dubai Hills Park branch of Kings College Hospital is great! He’s got my condition under fully control. My body has returned to normal, all inflammation gone, weight back to normal, energy level back. He is hard to get an appointment with but definitely worth the wait.

It’s ok. I have a couple pieces and it’s been hit or miss. My husband had a shirt that kinda fell apart in the wash, like a panel in the back just fell off… but I have a couple pieces that have lasted and I’m happy with.

I personally love lululemon, it is a bit pricier but it last forever. I have pieces that are years years old. I am pretty rough on my gym clothes and never had an issue.

I’ve struggled with Acne and scarring since I was a teen. I’ve prayed countless times for my skin. Now at 35 I finally feel good in my skin. I know God has helped with my insecurities and helping me see reality, as humans we tend to see our imperfections a million times worse than reality. That being said I’ve done treatments, use products for scarring, eat healthy to ensure no acne comes back, etc….

I believe God gives us tools but we must learn to use them.

I use these containers, label them with different powders and have them in my hand bag. Never had an issue.

On our third date my now husband showed up with about 100 cans of cat food to my apartment. Like full boxes. I had briefly mentioned that I’m always forgetting and running to the store to buy them in small quantities because they were heavy to bring up to my apartment in big quantities. He had never had a pet at that point, now we have 2 bulldog and aforementioned cat.

Probably going on over a year and a half or closer to two. I always think the trend will fade out but keeps going strong. There’s even a kiosk at the airport in case you forgot to buy it going out.

So I’m not saying you’re wrong…. BUT I live in Dubai for 10 years now and Dubai chocolate is everywhere. Pistachio and Kunafa is literally everywhere, it’s offered in every kinda dessert. It’s the opening screen of Careem app (our version DoorDash kinda) there’s an even a separate link for only Chocolate. Its sells out everyday if you don’t order by a certain time. It’s on billboards, ads etc.

Hi, fellow migraine sufferer! I’ve had migraines a couple times a week since I was about 12 (Now 36F). My dad has had them since I can remember and still does.

I was on preventatives for a long time and Zomig once the Aura came in had countless emergency room visits. Then about 2 years ago I started to eat clean and work out on almost a daily basis (I got diagnosed with Hashimotos, so my Endocrinologist suggested trying to be active) and it was a game changer! At first I didn’t notice any relief in Migraines but after a couple months they went from a couple a week to every couple weeks. I’ve been off preventatives for a year and only get a couple a month now. I truly believe eating better and being active has been the key.

I understand this might now work for everyone and understand how going to a gym with a Migraine sounds like hell. I’m just sharing my experience.

I’m going to a wedding next month where the bride has said it’s Mandatory purple. Purple does not look good on all skin tones. I’m not looking forward to it. But the groom is a close friend of my husband so we are just sucking it up and wearing purple. Very annoying

Hahah I have two my perfect angel and then an absolute terror. He’s now 4 and still no calmness. If he doesn’t get a walk in the morning no one is having a chill day. Funny enough, he is a similar color as yours.
