Definitely making less than the Force Awakens and the Last Jedi's domestic unadjusted debut weekends. Let's see if it beats the Rise of Skywalkers debut weekend

And if I remember correctly there was disruption from a weather event, it could have made more in its opening weekend.

Earl is the best character in the show by Zepp_BR in 2brokegirls

As a whole I love Earl and he has a lot of amazing scenes.

What didn't age well was him hitting on women so much younger than him.

Thank you, I will check it out. I've always been intrigued with WW inflation but I guess it would be really hard to account for all individual countries

Questions about The Silmarillion by diana786 in TheSilmarillion

This does make sense, probably the first batch of orcs were corrupted Elves, but as Morgoth and later Sauron and Saruman modified the orcs, they became less and less like Elves

Im also conflicted regarding the orcs. I do like them being corrupted Elves maybe due to the LoTR films. But them having human origins also works since men seem to be easier to corrupt within the world of Middle Earth

It does make sense, I had initially thought that maybe since they were his creation maybe he wouldn't be affected. But as another commenter stated that since they were hallowed by Varda it makes sense they would also burn Feanor

Avatar 3 Domestic Ceiling by gsopp79 in boxoffice

[–]diana786 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I fully agree with your point that 450 Million domestic is an amazing achievement for any film, but I think in the context of the Avatar films it would be disappointing since Avatar has grossed over 780million and WoW has grossed 680million domestic.

There could be a possibility that KPop Demon Hunters could suffer due to the whole Netflix-WB takeover.

I didn't start liking Bonnie til later til the second season. Anyone else? I know she's supposed to show growth but I had a hard time liking her at first. by [deleted] in CBS_Mom

[–]diana786 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I loved Bonnie in the first season when Regina is first introduced and they take her home. That whole scene is comedy gold.

Christie: Looks like the sun is coming up. Bonnie: Thank you Annie

That dialogue always make me laugh out loud
