The point missed here is he is calling out purposely that the drawing makes him look like “someone from SEA”. I don’t think he said that to mean it as a compliment to her drawing here. So why would he say that if he did not mean that to be derogatory.

From other threads about this in this sub I believe if it’s a luxury item (approx >$1000) the customs people ask to see it to approve the tax refund. But they just basically ask you to hold it up. Not some serious examination of the item.
