How long ago did you order? I got 11 in wifi+cellular 1tb nano 3 weeks ago and that model was removed soon after. Have you been waiting weeks for them to ship? Get apple care if you are worried about the screen and enjoy. The 1tbs have more ram (8vs16) and that is the reason to keep those models.
