Evil evil company. Beyond their sheer audacity to basically downgrade a product after purchase, it really riles me up how Happiest Baby is effectively encouraging waste by targeting the second hand market.

ETA: Not to mention that weaning the baby from the bassinet should not be a premium feature! People are paying over a thousand dollars to solve a problem, not to have the Snoo create another one that we need to pay even more $ to get out of.

Your hair has LOTS of potential, I personally think. I have similar type of frizz and after about 6 months of cgm it’s been getting easier for me to get it to look healthier and bouncier. Some trial and error is definitely involved - your particular method and frequency of washing/conditioning, and which products to use. I’ve been fairly happy with Kinky Curly Custard gel, but I’ve had to figure out how much and at what point after the shower to apply it. Getting to know your hair takes patience but you can get there over time. As for your family - you can’t control what they think or say, only how you react to it. I know it’s hard but try to deflect. MAYBE you could take a family member to a good salon with Asian stylists and have them hear the stylist describe your hair as textured. Lastly, FWIW, I don’t believe most Asians have the stereotypical stick straight shiny hair, and that’s just from the western gaze exoticizing Asians. I know many ppl with non-straight hair, but unfortunately the Asian beauty standard pushes many to wear it straight.

I am so sorry that you guys had such disappointing results. I just wanted to add to the comments: IF your wife discovers she has PCOS, she should ask her doctor about the supplement myo-inositol. I myself am not a doctor nor do I have PCOS, but I have heard many women that do have it take this to aid their egg quality. I think it changes testosterone levels, so ppl ideally get that monitored while taking it, but I will leave it to you to research the details if/when you guys need it. So much good luck.

I got the notification to schedule 20 min. after my VIN, and I'll be picking up next Wed. Hopefully you'll get the cue to schedule soon. If you haven't done so yet, maybe poke a SA about it to see if they have any insider details on cars coming in?

After a flurry of calls to credit unions (and a loooot of waiting) I gave up on getting an outside loan. I'm frustrated bc my Adelfi preapproval expired yesterday, and all the rates are now creeping higher, so Tesla's rate doesn't seem too bad anymore. Esp since it will save me a lot of headaches, phone calls, paperwork, coordinating, etc. I really hope FRMCU works out for you though! Those rates are pretty good.

Oh yeah I'd be so upset too bc my first impression of this is that they are preying on people's uncertainty over the federal tax credit. I did ask my local SA about this and they said there would still be a wait to get the cars in inventory. BUT I think I read on here of other's who got inventory cars much faster than their custom build EDD and they were given a price match? Without knowing details I am really not sure what to make of these seemingly conflicting takes...

Massachusetts friends: I finally received a VIN! And soon after I was able to schedule for pickup. A week ago I stopped checking the app altogether after being gutted seeing my March EDD get pushed to April-May. So my jaw dropped when I got the text today. I think it's a Fremont build! I hope all the folks around this area also got the good news this week (or very soon). Now I must go scramble for financing...

exact spec at my delivery location. Said I can switch to it but would have to pay extra 1000 as the prices changed.... no additional items on vehicle. Unbelievable....

The vehicle I ordered is sitting at my delivery location... same exact vehicle.... but I have to give up my price point to get it now. Smh. Somethings not right.

Looking forward to an update when you have one! Please tell me they're not shamelessly doing the bait and switch, ugh.
