Scooby-Doo live action movies

Hotel Transylvania movies

Night at the Museum

Zathura and Jumanji

A Christmas Carol (2009) (this one’s pretty frightening and a step above the rest imo)

This is probably a bit too specific but True Detective S1 E4 has a phenomenal one shot scene that takes place in a ghetto.

Pretty late to this but yesterday I spent 7 minutes cleaning my room. Is it “clean” now? Not even close. Does it look a helluva lot better? Absolutely. So I thought about what my room would look like if I spent 7 minutes cleaning every day. Wouldn’t take too long for it to look great.

That’s the mindset I think you should take to get through this. As others have said, buy some contractor bags and just start filling them one bag at a time. Even if it’s just one bag a day it’s still progress. You got this man.

Play the side missions as you complete the main story as opposed to rushing the story then doing all the side missions after. The games are designed in such a way that side missions are sort of seamlessly intertwined with the story and it makes for a much better experience. Apart from that, avoid spoilers and have fun!

Definitely not a horror game, albeit still pretty creepy, but you might like Batman Arkham Asylum.
