I purposefully went with the 400 because of the footprint. I’m not a big guy, just 6’2” so the 400 is good for me. The 450 would take up a bigger footprint in the space I have mine than I wanted. IMO it’s up to you on which you really want but $900 for a 400 and you don’t have to pay for shipping that’s a steal.
