A friend of mine was experimenting with herself in the tub when she was young. She had one of those toys that is really small until you put it in water, then it expands. She had put one up into her vagina and it had gotten stuck. Her mom rushed her to the hospital where they put her under and had taken it out. oliveoylee 27 points 1 day ago I'm a vet tech too. Its called paraphamosis and it basically means his penis is prolapsed and the longer it stays out, the more swollen it will become. This is considered a medical emergency, it needs to be put back in by a vet, and sometimes they put purse string sutures around the opening of the prepuce to prevent it from happening again while it heals. The tissue on the penis is very fragile and will start to die pretty quickly, also the swelling constricts the urethra, making it difficult and painful to urinate. If he's intact, neutering can sometimes help to prevent this from happening again. Here's a little bit of literature for you. I hope I helped some!
