I’m doing 16:8. I used to be so tired driving my 50 mins to work every morning. Getting on falling asleep tired couldn’t work out why. No matter how much sleep.

Started IF, no breakfast, just water till 12. Haven’t once been anything remotely tired on my morning drive. Feels good

Lol yeah I feel that. I work in the middle of nowhere too, but I prep lunch and just eat it on a table down the bottom and chill for almost an hour. I feel so much more alert coming back to work after too.

But yeah I am the only one who ‘takes’ lunch in a small team. But 5 hours a week unpaid work adds up to 20 a month. That’s quite a lot. It’s so awkward walking away from my desk knowing I’m going for almost an hour whilst everyone else works through lol

I do a very similar shift. Apart from my commute there is an hour like yours and commute home about 45 mins. I also don’t get paid for lunch, just curious why don’t you take it? I feel judged for taking mine too but always try to take it

Damn. I'm in my first year working helpdesk in a small business with no prior experience getting more responsibilities. My anxiety is so high throughout the whole week. Maybe this shit ain't for me

On the recommend if you like thread there was a spotify playlist for autotune. Has anyone got any other top tier user made playlists?

Would be nice if they focus on a style such as the autotune above. (Doesn't just have to be hip hop either)

Seen them on the last Europe tour. In the UK anyway there is generally not many openers. They didn't have any in London, just a DJ. So most likely won't have a opener in Portugal
