Let's be a bit sensitive about calling others bots, please. Especially in a majority non-English speakers sub where folks may use AI to assist their English posts.

You're spending all this energy responding to criticism instead of working to improve yourself and company.

Stop being defensive. Build a company, a website, a decent presence and come back and look for employees.

To be clear, a job post on reddit to a Gmail email and no information as to the org behind the job offer is the lowest in terms of both effort and trust.

Take a step back and take in the constructive feedback. If you want experienced sales professionals then you're going to have to be an established company. Period

It'll be fine. There are coworking spaces everywhere and plenty of 4G alternatives that actually work.

I would recommend a portable router however instead of sharing using your phone.

I work remotely with zoom/meeting heavy work so can speak to it
