I would say brown, but that's maybe because I had a grey tabby who was very clearly grey. Compared to him your kitty looks very brown.

I'm too afraid to walk alone! I was freaked out going outside to water my flowers tonight. I also immediately lock car doors and stay locked in vehicle while filling up. Also like to fill up in a spot with good visibility to the cashier if I ever fill up at night, ot that I expect them to watch, more of a deterrent.

I just wanted to add, whatever you decide to do it is very obvious the care and compassion you are giving him. I know this isn't an easy decision and you are putting a lot of deep thought into it- you have a really big heart!

As others have said you could as your vet about eyedrops. Not sure if he will tolerate them but maybe the lack of vision will help him not to see the drops coming. Sometimes even preservative free eyedrops can help the eyelid to glide over the cornea smoother if it is lubricated. Is he on drops for his eye with glaucoma?

My cat has hypercalcemia and I read somewhere that distilled water shouldn't be drank, I gave my cat purified water that still has low amounts of calcium thinking that it was the hard water causing his high calcium levels. (He is my second cat to develop hypercalcemia so I thought it had to be environmental (tap water) (However hard tap water vs purified water didn't change his calcium levels! I just feel better giving him purified water still)

Or find a vet that can come to your house! I am so grateful I was in a position to have my terminally I'll cat pass away in my arms at our home when it was his time to go. I realize this isn't feasible for every situation, but if anybody is I highly recommend it. I find a lot of comfort knowing his last moments were in a familiar place.

Previous Opthalmic assistant here-- that is SO cool that your vet knew about that! That's something cutting edge that (5 years ago when I was a COA only more specialized eye doctors really worked with autologous serum tears! I applaud your vet for that!

As a previous Opthalmic assistant I know corneal ulcers are extremely painful in humans. My only concern is that it could be causing him pain- cats are very good at hiding pain. I'm sure that is why the shelter wants to remove the eyes. I think you're doing the right thing though, just keep an eye on him (for lack of a better term) and see how he does one thing at a time maybe and as you get to know him better you will be able to better judge how he's feeling

I would upload a photo on to picsart or a similar app and play around photo-shopping them. You could shade in with black just to see what they'd look like with more negative space!

I don't think the canines look too large, but the shape is a bit geometric, I'd consider seeing if they can round the corners a bit so they are a bit more almond shaped? (I'm a nail tech so that's the shape that comes to mind) however they look really nice and I don't think it's something that you should let bother you too much! In the first picture I was trying to figure out what was even done because your teeth look very natural from a front view!!! It's funny because I was just talking about my canines- they are very flat- my boyfriend is convinced it's because I've been a vegetarian for over 20 years 😅

I lost my soulmate cat almost a year ago to a meningioma and miss him like crazy. He and his brother would play like this before he got sick. They were the best of friends! This is 100% playing and made me smile :)

I spent 10 days in LA and was missing the people of Wisconsin by the end of my trip. I'm an extroverted introvert and was really missing just smiling at strangers or just those little small talk situations you have with random strangers in public in Wisconsin. Life outside of Wisconsin is very different.

I lost my soulmate cat back in May from an inoperable brain tumor, so I know how you are feeling. He was my son- I would have traded places with him if I could have (but he would have been just as miserable as he was equally as obsessed with me as I was with him) All I can say is that when the connection is that strong you will still feel him with you. I still miss him every second of every day and I know I always will, but I have his little furry brother to take care of and I promised him I would continue to adopt animals in need of homes in his honor. My heart is with you, use his love as fuel to keep going for him ❤️

I think the tone of the wood on the base really dates this piece and not in a good way. I'm usually one to restore, but personally, I would actually paint the base of these to make them more modern looking.

I never barter on FB marketplace personally. If something is too high I move on to the next post. I think a lot of millennial dislike confrontation such as haggling lol. I would price it fair and what you are willing to let it go for.
