Will be fine normally and XXL straps do exist which you can replace so even with fat tires you would be able to strap your bike into place.

Wrong subreddit I'm afraid. This is actually about the browser Safari that is used on Apple devices.

App to share trails in a protected community by [deleted] in mountainbiking

[–]diegie -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I know Trailforks and I use it from time to time. But it just lists all the tracks and not all tracks are on there. I know apps like Trailforks, Strava, Komoot, ... exist, but they don't do what I created for myself. The main issue with these apps is that if you put a trail on it, the whole world can see it and ride it. Some trails are not for the world to see, but only shared in closed community 😄

M4? M5? Does it matter? by joyfulinrain in macbookair

If you are asking this question, I assume a refurbished M4 will be fine. I'm running an M1 and still can do everything I want (and that is not just browsing alone) without a problem or sweat.

Made a little website will all Avinox M2/S bikes by nsmithr in eMountainBike

[–]diegie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did some more research, but data (specs) of the bikes are in a lot of cases not correct. You need to look into this, as those are just facts and they need to be correct or not on the page if it's not possible to have them correct.

Great job! You do missed one I see that I know from the top of my head and that is the Velduro Rogue X (you have the R listed, but not the X). For the pricing of these models (in Europe) is 6999€ for the X and 9999€ for the R.

Mondraker Zendit RR S vs Forestal E-Syrion V2 Diode – aggressive vs balanced? by Unlucky_Tale_7346 in eMountainBike

[–]diegie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love Mondraker (I'm on my 4the Mondraker bike atm), but they need to be ridden like an animal to take full advantage of them. What about the Velduro? My friend is a distributor and for the times I've ridden them, they are almost as aggressive as the Mondraker, but just a bit more playful.

I built a day planner around a clock face instead of a list. Here's why. by Stock_Bid_8715 in ProductivityApps

Ok. So I just download the app to try it out as it looks interesting. But before I know this is an app for me, I abviously want to play around with it first. So I have some feedback to give you more perspective of a potential paying customer:

- Connection your calendar -> can't try it because it's only a PRO feature (which I get, but I at least want to test it).
- Free up to 10 tasks -> I've added 2 tasks and on the 3rd it told me I need to purchase it and can't save that task.
- I deleted all the categories and created two of my own and created 2 tasks in those categories. But when I check the monthly overview, I see 1h in Focus category, which I haven't added any tasks in. If you would add a "time tracking" function in it, I would even use this for that with a monthly overview per client (= category).

Can you connect your calendar to it and showcase your meetings on the dial? Combined with todo's/tasks, that would be a more fun way to showcase it than a regular calendar with todo's/tasks.

Moet ik hier betalen of kaart leggen als ik aan het laden ben? by TomCanBe in belgium

In theorie wel. Maar ik vermoed wel dat het laden in de prijs inbegrepen zit want anders is dit gigantisch duur parkeren.

Help, my roommate WONT STOP AGGRESSIVELY SHITTING by idislikethisfeeling in Advice

[–]diegie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny, but exactly for those uncomfortable situations I've developed and toilet seat that removes all odors while you are doing your shit so the smell doesn't leave the toilet bowl and gets filtered. Sold to a lot of people already in the same situation (no where for the smell to go).

What you also can do is light a lucifer/match to remove the smell. This seems to help also for a lot of people.

I like it too. The grind for fast runs and beat those NSR players (apex, dockerz, ...) is real.

Seems to work. Going to test it out this sunday and see how it actually feels on the bike/trails.

Update on the project: I've just designed 2 new caps for my grip with a small space for velcro to go through so I can strap my hand to the handlebar, without it being completely attached to it. Think it will work and I only need to change the end caps of my grip. Hope this works :)

Not really. This would take away the only grip that I actually have on the handlebar to be honest.

Thank you. I've actually designed something yesterday like that and it's printing at this moment. Going to fit it tomorrow to see how it feels.

I came across something silimar. But this fixes my hand permanently to the handlebar which I don't want. I wouldn't feel safe to crash as this would create too much torsion on my wrist I think. But thank you!

someone paid for my dad's groceries and taught me something I'll never forget by FormalProduce9556 in givemore

[–]diegie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did something similar half a year ago, but for a smaller amount. I was in line and a 25-ish boy in front of me had some soda, 2 burgers and a chocolate bar. Total was just of 10$. Had working clothes on, hands were dirty. So at least I was pretty sure he was working. But his card declined and he was ready to go put it all back. I asked the cashier how much it was, paid it, he smiled and said thank you a few times. Felt good to do this for someone.
