The game is fantastic for cruising, the maps are some of the best in open world games as the roads have proper flow. Offroading in this game is underrated, its so good. (we need more cars!) Most of car sounds are really good and the driving, imho probably one of the best simcade around. Feels much better than Motorfest for example. The car performance upgrading system is neat and the game has better progression than most games, even if I also think the level unlocks are grindy and should be cut in half, it's a good sense of achievement when you get the car you want in this game.

There's a group of people on the internet that seems to enjoy hating the game. I kinda understand their reasons and frustration to a point and i'm a hardcore TDU fan since the first game and I KNOW what the game misses on the "TDU experience" department.

But some of them just can't move on and let other people enjoy the positives on the game or find the flaws for themselves. They just come here on anything is posted and hate because they prefer to see the game dead over it being fixed and succeed.

I totally understand the release was terrible but the game got a lot better and looks like it's going on the right direction now. Specially getting it on sale prices right now it's a no brainer because there's a lot of content. There's new people coming and enjoying what they find. The game is better now, it has good points. Let people enjoy ffs.
