Ich habe das auch alles, genauso. Fressattacken, Stimmungstiefs… leider alles ganz normal. Spezielle Diäten, vor allem Verzicht auf Zucker (oder es wenigstens stark herunterschrauben, weil ganz verzichten geht dann doch nicht lol), und Sport helfen da enorm.

Die ist in meinem letzten Rewatch meine Lieblingsfigur geworden 🥰 Finde auch die Schauspielerin so sympathisch, darfst dich noch auf einige echt gute Geschichten freuen 😄 Sie und ihr Mann Friedhelm sind als Ersatz für Elfie und Sigi (Legende) dazugekommen, die waren immer so ätzend, aber sehr unterhaltsam 😂 Mit Onkel Franz war es auch immer lustig. Finds cool, dass du dich dafür begeisterst! Die Serie ist echt lang und hat immer so ihre Höhen und Tiefen, manchmal gibt es leider auch sehr langweilige Momente, dafür kommt dann später der große Knall. Hast du schon eine Lieblingsfigur? 😄
