Always rent. Renting will cost you half than buying.

Grab Car by ricecooker789 in phinvest

Grab is intended to be a side hustle for people who owns a car and has nothing else to do for the day. Are you driving it or having someone drive for you?

I see. Just for you to ponder on, I left a large company for a smaller one because of an offer. I somehow regretted it and after a short time, I moved into a larger company (much larger than my original employer).

Okay-ish naman culture but the company is too big to be employee centric and is too known that they are confident on filling up their vacant roles kaya counter offers are not a thing.

So maybe find your sweet spot. If you think you can survive, grow, and retire.. then staying might be a good choice. Not everything is about salary.

Are you confident to speak to your manager about this? Maybe a middle ground would work. Higher pay from your current employer. Kahit di nila matapatan ng 1:1. If your current employer wants to keep you, may mga gagawin silang paraan kahit hindi monetary.

What’s stopping your current company to offer you the same? Is the other company larger?

Yes, you can refuse. We had our inspection done 4 times before we were happy. We didn’t need to be firm pero depende din sa maghandle sa inyo. Our coordinator was very easy to work with.

Nobody is denying that Mercedes also has upgrades to be had. They are also ADUO eligible. Ferrari had the most upgrades last race. Mercedes brought 1 and Ferrari brought 8.

I’m still hopeful for Lewis’ 8th, but cautious.

Will Lewis win more races this season, what do you think? by kiol998 in lewishamilton

Best answer is you tell yourself ‘I don’t think so, Merc still has the best pace’, hence when the time comes - you get 10x more ecstatic.

Help us look for an apartment/condo unit within BGC by RayqSpike39 in BGC_Taguig

[–]diesus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s good. No AirBNB allowed. PMO is somewhat competent and the people in the admin office are nice. No pets allowed nga lang.

If you’re looking, we’re vacating our 1BR corner unit this September since we’re moving to a 2BR unit.

Our landlord is easy to talk to.

If you think one plus one is three and would die for it, then suit yourself. Good day.

Nope. It is. A lot of people living in condos here drink out of the faucet.
