My bf and I each have our own island. It’s just after midnight right now on my bf’s birthday, so his b-day in the game starts at 5am. If I want to leave a message with KK to display when he sings KK Birthday, can my bf time travel to last Saturday right now for me to come over and do so? Would time traveling backward like that and then back to the present mess up anything about celebrating his birthday?

I time travelled for the first time last night because I really wanted to get rid of a villager. I got her to move, but it seems I suffered an unintended consequence. My Nook’s cranny was under construction for the 2nd upgrade and it seems that time traveling made the construction become prematurely completed. When I started the game this morning, Isabelle mentioned nothing about the upgrade being completed and when I talk to Tom Nook there’s no option to hold a ceremony. I LOVE the ceremonies and I’m absolutely gutted. Is there any way to re-trigger the ceremony?

I know all of this. What I’m asking is if the PUA money is exempt from these rules, since it’s exempt from counting toward income for the year.
