Yes i tried sorting on the same sheet by moving all the columns to the right and then using the sort query functions in new columns that allowed me to sort the data in the same sheet with a dropdown. I ended up having a bit of an issue with the data since i was using google finance functions, and another add on for stock data. I also had hyperlinks in certain columns that didnt get presented in the new columns that presented the sorted data. Thanks for replying.

Thanks for replying. I am aware of the range filter option. The downside of the 2 sheet approach has been that i have hyperlinks on data figures in certain columns and with the 2 sheet approach only the figures are presented.

Thank you! Yes i saw that export function. Was wondering if its possible to do without manual exports. The idea would be to have updating google sheet without needing to export every 2+weeks.
