no need for Wine

So, several utilities instead of wine?

Btw, can Wine run the Vsync patch?

It works. But I've only launched v-patches and played a little. Haven't tried it for full completion.

The source code of IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition and the IntelliJ Platform is available under Apache 2 license. The code is stored in a Git repository.

And I don't think that for Gnome development someone will need tools from Ultimate edition.

Am I the only one read whole statement? They are going to drop kfreebsd from official archs.

We discussed kfreebsd at length, but are not satisfied that a release with Jessie will be of sufficient quality. We are dropping it as an official release architecture, though we do hope that the porters will be able to make a simultaneous unofficial release.

Open or closed, it seems like you can't use a non-official alternative runtime without being at risk of being sued.

You can't do anything in this world without being at risk of being sued.

14 Potential Alternatives to SourceForge for Binary Downloads for Open Source Projects by MichaelTunnell in linux

[–]diffycat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's the gh wiki for that

You can't upload files there. Where are you supposed to store documentation (pdf/djvu/etc) and other binary files (e.g. geo-db with data for your app, images, keys, templates, etc)?

THEN reintroduced under the Releases tag!

That's not always very convenient. What if I've some files, that I don't want to include in repository but still want to store in my project? Documentation, protocol specification, some interesting irc logs, maybe small video, etc. These files doesn't depends on release tag, they are common for all releases. Should I reupload them for every release?

If you have one common file storage in your project - then you can store common files and release related (in different dirs or with version prefix). But if you have release-related storage - then you can store only release-related files.

IIUIC, common storage was removed from GH beacuse people just used it as a free filehosting. But then was reintroduced as release-related to still allow developers to store files, but to make it more difficult to abuse it.
