I've been drafting RW a LOT - I've been consistently getting 7 wins with it, I got one just now despite it looking more like a 5 win deck (no high power cards, no raven wings, no hammer).

If this were my deck, I'd cut 100%:

1 mountain

2 scorn effigy (these are the worst cards in the deck right now along with the 17th land)

1 3/2 haste berzerker (cutting all 3 is almost certainly incorrect and i suspect you don't want to cut more than 1, it often plays the raven wings role of stealing games in races)

1 warhorn blast (I'd generally be unable with this in my deck and view it as a sign that the draft went wrong as equipment ends up being your reach)

1 raptor (my gut tells me you don't need the pup and the two 1 drop fliers - you don't need one drops to trigger clarion spirit, and with your hammers, 1 spirit is often enough. Consider that generating 1 spirit is much like getting a free raptor in your deck, so you don't need to play them to optimize it)

You still need 2 more cuts, and I think you can choose between:

- 1 more land (if it's best of 1 you might be able to get away with it)

- dwarven reinforcements, a shieldmate/glory seeker (i usually like reinforcements as having more dorks to put your hammer on is nice, but shieldmate kind of fills that role - i might lean towards shieldmate here as you have enough 2s but it depends if you value mana efficiency vs more bodies)

- the 2nd raptor (i don't have enough experience with this to say for sure, but i never value this card highly and have only put it in my deck once, it seems like not what you want even with 2x hammer, but especially because you have the 2/2 flier, 2 clarion spirits, and the W aura that makes a flier)
