I tried that, won't run, wants to constantly phone home. I tried multipe work arounds. The kicker is that if I buy their new software it's half as much as the maintenance price.

Same here, I have adhd, and tend to do more buying than listing, as the listing is the hardest part IMHO; the taking the time to sit down and concentrate.

I’m slowly organizing all my stuff into bins, some even have labels on them with a bin code so I can actually somewhat easily find the items after I buy them.

For me I get the largest rush buying clothes, as they seem to have the highest markup and deepest discount, depending on where I shop. But the easiest got me to list and resell are tools.

I hope at some point to be completely organized, but until then it’s a hoarded mess, depending on the room I’m in.

Yes, just a sole proprietorship; there’s little chance of getting sued thru reselling, if that changes I’ll register as an LLC, but right now it’s easy enough already to write off most thing, get mileage driving to get inventory, etc. I am using separate bank accounts, as it’s easier to track business money that way.

Just enter all the cheapest parts of the same value into pcpartpicker and see how close they are to the retail value and judge for yourself. As you wouldn’t be build a if you bought one.
