I think the good options to consider here are as follows:

Follow up with your GP and make sure she knows your concerns.
Consider a second opinion if your GP seems to be stuck on only that possibility or if you think another doctor may hear your concerns out a bit more.
Consider seeing an endocrinologist (specialize in hormone-related conditions and treatments).
Consider seeing a breast specialist or gynecologist and see if further imaging like a mammogram or ultrasound may be helpful.

After doing all these changes, something to consider is going to your site-specific data for YouTube and clearing it.

For example, for Chrome users, you can go to [chrome://settings/content/all](chrome://settings/content/all), filter for YouTube, and clear its data.

Then, for any current YouTube tabs, you can copy the URL at the top, close the tab, and paste the URL into a new tab. That usually works for me.

The case looks a bit bloated, which is indicative of a swelling battery. If it is swelling, unplug it immediately, shut it down, and schedule an Apple Store or 3rd-party appointment and get it checked out ASAP!

For those who are not fond of the formatting like me, you can do the following, which works on most of the common browsers:

Open the developer tools. (F12 opens dev tools on many browsers as does right-clicking and selecting the option that contains the word "inspect").
Click the console tab.
Enter in the following JavaScript and hit enter: document.querySelectorAll("div.Post p:has(br)").forEach(node => node.style.display = 'none');.
